Product Description

Designed specifically for AC charging systems in new energy vehicles, its core purpose is to enable high-voltage power transmission and charging communication signal interaction between the vehicle’s AC charging socket and the OBC on-board charger, VCU vehicle controller, and BMS battery management system. It is compatible with charging interface installation scenarios on the vehicle side of passenger cars and commercial vehicles (fenders/trunks/sides). The assembly adopts an integrated wiring harness layout, equipped with national standard/European standard/American standard dedicated charging sockets, high-voltage sealed terminals, and error-proof design. It features high voltage resistance, strong insulation, waterproof and dustproof properties, and electromagnetic interference resistance, and can withstand complex operating conditions such as outdoor charging, frequent plugging and unplugging, and high and low temperatures. It is a core connection component ensuring the safe and stable operation of AC slow charging.

The charging indicator light must match the vehicle body voltage; the fuse’s rated current should adapt to the charging power (1.25x rated current is recommended); the filter module is compatible with GB/T 27930 protocol
