Designed specifically for core data acquisition in new energy battery systems, its core purpose is to accurately capture individual battery cell voltage, module temperature, equalization status, and CAN/LIN communication signals. This provides real-time, reliable data support for the Battery Management System (BMS), enabling battery charge/discharge protection, lifespan extension, and safety monitoring. Adaptable to lithium-ion/lithium iron phosphate battery packs, energy storage battery packs, and new energy vehicle power batteries, the wiring harness utilizes low-impedance tin-plated copper conductors and a multi-layered protective structure. Combined with anti-oxidation standardized terminals and a complete set of accessories, it offers stable signal transmission, strong anti-interference capabilities, and convenient and efficient installation. It can easily handle complex industrial conditions such as high and low temperatures, vibration, and humidity, making it a crucial connection component for the safe and stable operation of new energy battery systems.
