TK control rear cable

TK control cables are mostly BPYJVP series frequency converter cables, with common models including BPYJVTP2-TK and ZRBPYJVP12R-TK. These are dedicated connection cables for frequency converter control systems, primarily used to ensure stable power transmission and signals between frequency converter devices. TK control cables are widely used in industries such as metallurgy, power, and petrochemicals, and are also compatible with automated frequency converter control systems in papermaking, metal processing, mining, railways, and food processing, ensuring continuous and stable equipment operation.

Conductor: Class 5 stranded copper conductor conforming to GB/T3956-1997 standard.
Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene material, such as:
BPYJVTP2 – TK uses copper wire wound and copper tape wrapped shielding;
BPYJVP12 – TK uses copper tape wrapped and copper wire braided double shielding;
BPYJVPX12R – TK uses copper tape wrapped and tin-plated copper wire braided double shielding.
Sheath: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Some flame-retardant models (with ZR prefix) use flame-retardant PVC. Some special customized models can use halogen-free low-smoke polyolefin sheaths.
Shielding layer: Different models have different shielding structures.
