Designed specifically for servo motor encoders, this module is responsible for the precise transmission of key signals such as motor speed, position, and direction. It feeds back real-time data collected by the encoder to the servo driver and controller, acting as the “signal nerve” for closed-loop control and positioning accuracy calibration of the servo system. It directly determines the servo motor’s operating accuracy, response speed, and control stability. Applications include encoder modules for AC servo motors, DC servo motors, and stepper servo motors; servo drivers (such as Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Siemens, and Huichuan servo systems); PLC controllers; and motion control cards. Applications include industrial automation production lines (robotic arms, conveyor belts), CNC machine tools (lathes/milling machines/machining centers), robot joints, printing and packaging equipment, textile machinery, precision machine tools, and electronic manufacturing equipment (patch mounters/dispensing machines).
