Designed specifically for the Panasonic A4/A5/A6 series servo drives’ X4 50-pin parallel I/O port, this core component performs three functions: signal relay, wiring optimization, and circuit protection. It breaks down the complex integrated signals of the drive’s X4 interface (dozens of I/O signals such as command pulses, servo enable, alarm clear, and positioning completion) into clear terminal blocks, enabling rapid signal interaction between external devices such as PLCs and motion controllers and the servo drive. Simultaneously, it isolates interference and surges through integrated protection circuitry, preventing direct wiring damage to the drive’s core chip. It serves as an “efficient relay hub” for servo system wiring, debugging, and maintenance in industrial automation scenarios. It is perfectly compatible with the entire Panasonic A4/A5/A6 series servo drives (such as the MSDA/A5 series, MADHT1507/A6 series, and MSMA/A4 series), adapting to all signal types of the X4 interface 50-pin parallel I/O port; and compatible with PLCs from Mitsubishi, Siemens, Inovance, and other brands, as well as various motion control cards. Widely used in CNC machine tools, industrial robot joints, 3C electronic assembly lines, lithium battery stacking mechanisms, high-speed positioning equipment for printing and packaging, and multi-axis linkage systems for automated production lines, it is especially suitable for industrial environments with dense wiring, frequent debugging, and strong electromagnetic interference. The input end uses a SCSI 50-pin standard interface (precisely interfaced with the driver’s X4 port), and the output end uses standardized terminal blocks (screw-type/spring-type optional), compatible with all X4 interface-defined IO signals (pulse commands, servo ON, emergency stop signals, limit protection, alarm output, positioning completion, etc.).
