The automotive chassis wiring harness is the “electrical central nervous system” of the chassis system, running through the four core modules of chassis transmission, driving, braking, and steering. It is responsible for connecting various electrical components of the chassis and transmitting power and control signals. It operates in a harsh environment under the chassis, characterized by dust, moisture, and susceptibility to gravel impacts, as well as alternating high and low temperatures. It must also adapt to the dynamic conditions of chassis vibration and torsion, making it a key component for ensuring vehicle driving stability and safety.

Conductors: The main body uses tinned copper wire; critical areas (such as near the exhaust pipe and braking system) use high and low temperature resistant XLPE cross-linked polyethylene wire; some high-temperature sections are upgraded to PTFE Teflon wire.

Connectors: Waterproof and sealed connectors are used, with a uniform protection level of IP67 or higher; some critical parts use IP69K-level high-pressure cleaning protection connectors.

Protective Structure: Double-layer structure, with an inner layer wrapped in flame-retardant corrugated tubing and an outer layer supplemented with wear-resistant braided tubing.

Fixing Components: Automotive-grade nylon cable ties, sheet metal clips, rubber eyelets, etc.

Certification Standards: Complies with international automotive wiring harness standards such as ISO 6722 and SAE J1128.
