This high-definition data transmission harness is specifically designed for industrial cameras and Camera Link capture cards. It is primarily responsible for the high-speed transmission of high-resolution images and video data captured by industrial cameras. It also supports bidirectional interaction of camera control signals (such as trigger and synchronization commands). It serves as an “image transmission bridge” in machine vision systems (detection, positioning, and recognition), directly determining the image acquisition rate, image quality, and system response speed, thus ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of industrial inspection and automated production. It is compatible with mainstream industrial cameras (area scan/line scan cameras) from brands such as Basler, Cognex, Hikvision, and Daheng, and supports all Camera Link protocols (Base/Medium/Full/Deca). It is compatible with various Camera Link acquisition cards (such as NI, Matrox, and ADLINK acquisition cards). It is suitable for machine vision applications such as industrial automation inspection (electronic component defect detection, PCB board welding inspection), 3C electronic assembly positioning, automotive parts size measurement, printing and packaging barcode recognition, semiconductor wafer inspection, and logistics sorting vision systems. It supports 10-bit/12-bit/16-bit image data transmission. The Base protocol supports a transmission rate of 2.0Gbps, the Full protocol can reach 6.0Gbps, and the Deca protocol can reach up to 10Gbps, adapting to the high-speed acquisition needs of high-resolution cameras with resolutions of 10 megapixels and above.
