Designed specifically for lithium battery pack (power/energy storage/consumer batteries) protection boards, this system accurately collects voltage and temperature data from a single battery string and feeds it back to the protection board control system in real time. It provides quadruple protection against overcharge, over-discharge, over-temperature, and over-current, serving as a core signal transmission harness to ensure safe battery operation and extend battery life. Suitable for lithium polymer batteries, 18650/21700 cylindrical batteries, and lithium iron phosphate battery packs (2S-20S strings); protection boards for electric vehicle battery packs, energy storage station battery packs, power banks, drone batteries, medical device batteries, and industrial equipment backup batteries; compatible with BMS battery management systems and PCB protection board sampling ports, supporting common terminal interfaces such as JST/PH/XH, ensuring precise and secure insertion and removal.
